3. Order Processing Time

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be processed minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.
