Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- **Before Shipment:** You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- **After Shipment:** Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return policy if you wish to return the product.
- **Consultations:** Online consultation bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Return Policy
We accept returns under specific circumstances:
- **Damaged or Incorrect Products:** If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue. Please provide photographic evidence.
- **Unopened & Unused Products:** Unopened and unused products can be returned within **7 days** of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. A restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Due to the nature of homeopathic medicines and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. Personalized remedies are also non-returnable.
