Composition:

• Skookum Chuck 1X: 0.05% w/w
• Acid Boric 1X: 0.08% w/w
• Zinc Oxide 1X: 0.08% w/w
• Acid Carbolic 1X: 0.001% w/w
• In White Soft Parrafin Base

Dosage:

• To be rubbed on the affected part or as directed by the physician.

Indication:

• Skookum Chuck has a strong affinity for skin. An antiseptic medicine for chronic eczema, profuse ichorous, cadaverously smelling discharge.
